Greenwoods & Freehills increasing our international ties

Greenwoods & Freehills welcomes our latest secondment, Jeroen van Mourik to our Sydney office from Benelux based law firm, Loyens & Loeff.

Jeroen has worked on international tax planning for Dutch and foreign multinational companies, focusing on real estate (mainly Central and Eastern Europe), M&A (mainly private equity) and structured finance work.

Jeroen will focus on the tax issues in property funds and private equity structures during his stay in Australia.

The secondment follows a series of G&F hosted events with leading international advisors, and highlights the strength of our international networks.
