Greenwoods & Freehills hosts European tax planning specialist

Greenwoods & Freehills (G&F) will host European tax specialist, Peter Moons from Benelux based law firm, Loyens & Loeff next month.

Client seminars have been scheduled to coincide with the visit and will focus on the Luxembourg tax issues in property funds, private equity structures and structured finance.

The firm has a strong international focus, with over 700 lawyers working across seven offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and ten offices in the world’s major financial centres. Loyens & Loeff maintain intensive relationships with prominent law and tax firms in Europe, the United States and various Asian countries.

The visit follows other G&F hosted events with leading international advisors, and highlights the strength of our international networks. Due to client interest in the European market, we currently have Matthijs Vogel, a practitioner from Loyens & Loeff’s Dutch practice on secondment in our Sydney office.
