Enzo advises corporate groups on income tax matters.

Enzo has particular expertise in advising on merger and acquisition transactions and has a specialist knowledge of the tax consolidation regime. Enzo also has expertise in capital management issues, having advised on several off-market share buy-backs.

Before joining Greenwoods & Freehills, Enzo was a Senior Associate at Shaddick & Spence and worked on a range of large consulting engagements.

Professional Background

Enzo holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.

Enzo is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and has presented to various external bodies on topics such as tax consolidation, the taxation of financial arrangements and the general value shifting regime.

Enzo has also published articles on share buy-backs and the taxation of financial arrangements.
