Current Practice

Angela is a Senior Associate in the Sydney office of Greenwoods & Freehills.

Angela joined Greenwoods & Freehills in 2007.  Prior to that, she worked for a major law firm and also spent a number of years working in the corporate and international tax practice of an international accounting firm.

Industry Experience

Angela advises on a wide range of corporate and international tax issues including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, property transactions and capital raisings.

Angela advises a wide range of clients including property funds, banks and large corporations.

Professional Background

Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. 

Angela is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
