Current PracticeGraham Warren is a Senior Associate in the Melbourne office of Greenwoods & Freehills Pty Limited.Industry ExperienceGraham has 10 years tax advisory experience, advising primarily on the taxation of superannuation and employment taxes. He advises retail, industry and corporate superannuation funds and annuity providers on the technical taxation aspects of contributions, benefits, product development, offer documents and systems processes. He also provides high net wealth private client retirement tax planning advice. Employment tax work includes advising major Australian and multi-national corporations on superannuation contribution obligations, employment termination payments, executive remuneration structuring, share plans and expatriate tax issues.Graham co-lectures the Taxation of Superannuation in the University of Melbourne Masters degree program.
